HCAA May 2022 Sydney General Meeting
Notice is hereby given to all Members of the HCAA that our Special May General Meeting on Tuesday 10 May 2022, will take place in person, at the Kirribilli Club, Lavender Bay. It will also be available online to all members state wide.
6:30pm sharp: General Meeting opens
6.35pm: Presidents welcome and committee report
7pm: General Meeting closes. A chance to socialise
7.10-7.30pm: New HCAA Committee Member announcement
Nick Soden will be annoucing and introducing the newly nominated HCAA committee members.
7.35-7.55pm: Balcony Drainage
Tom Wise will be talking all things balcony drainage and giving us an insight into What Good Looks Like.
8-8.20pm: ARR 2016 – WMA Flood Modeller
We welcome Mark Babister from WMA Water to talking to us about ARR 2016, why have we changed from ARI to AEP and why flow rates have increased in most areas.
8.30pm Meeting closes
