Scott is a highly accomplished and respected Senior Hydraulic & Fire building Services Engineer with extensive experience in the engineering and construction industry. Holding an Associate Diploma of Hydraulic Engineering Building Services, he is also a registered design practitioner with NSW Department of planning and Qld Building Services Authority.

His profound expertise encompasses all facets of Hydraulic and Wet Fire Protection Building Services, from planning, coordination, and design to documentation, construction supervision, and commissioning for diverse infrastructure and building projects.
Scott’s proven track record, developed across his current and previous roles, spans a broad range of projects within Retail, Health, Aged Care, Government, Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Residential, Tourism, Mining sectors , Alpine / Polar and remote area sites
Scott’s practical construction background is evident in his designs, consistently delivering buildable, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions. His specialist knowledge covers:
• Potable Water Systems: Hot, Warm, and Cold Water services including reverse osmosis and dialyses services.
• Drainage Systems: Sewer and Sanitary Drainage, Stormwater Drainage and Retention (including Siphonic Systems), Roof water and Trade Waste Drainage.
• Heating hot water systems: domestic and heating hot water services and plant
• Wet Fire Protection Services: Fire Hose Reel, Hydrant, Sprinkler Services (Wet and Gas Suppression systems).
• Gas Systems: Natural and LP Gas systems.
• Water Management: sewerage and Wastewater Treatment and Reuse systems.
• Water production: water harvesting Treatment and Reuse systems.
• Expert Witness and Reporting Providing independent advice regarding standards legislative compliance for Stata / body corporate and litigation services
