Hydraulic Consultants Association of Australasia

The HCAA aims to provide a higher profile and focus for Hydraulic Services Engineers and Designers throughout the regions of Australasia.

We are a member-based Association for those who are suitably qualified and experienced in Hydraulic Services Design, facilitating the exchange of ideas, experiences and solutions and we strive to resolve any problems affecting the profession and practice of Hydraulic Services.

Why a HCAA Consultant?

Hydraulic Services Consultants work closely with Architects, Builders, Councils, Authorities, Developers and other engineering disciplines to ensure liquids go where they need to in the built environment.

Specifically, our members are engaged in the design, specification and inspection of hydraulic and fire protection systems such as hot and cold water, plumbing, sanitary and trade waste drainage, stormwater drainage, fire services and gas services.

HCAA Consultants are held to a high standard to meet a membership criteria that combines experience, knowledge and qualifications, ensuring the best of the best.

Our Members:

Are required to maintain their education through a Continued Professional Development program ensuring they are up to date on current design processes, products and technologies

Are able to contribute to the science and practice of the industry with a variety of knowledge and skills.

Provide Hydraulic Services in a professional and ethical way in accordance with the HCAA Code of Ethics and Code or Professional Practice.
